It's from Everly's set at the Corn Palace event ... last year? 2 years ago? She ended up sitting on the stage to sing for a bit. Very "Joy."

It's her eyes. Joy usually has cute bags under her eyes since they're so big. Maybe the lighting of the photo makes them look less obvious. I don't know...

She uses filters all the time, that is practically the same thing, people use filters to look better, like people sometimes photoshop away the bags under their eyes and other small flaws.
