Oh this video is sooo much prettier than her previous ones. But saying that, I'm still not a massive fan, I think it might be the editing though and not the actual theme of the video.

I quite like the video, but it'd be nicer if they had a few different locations in there - rather than just have her riding the bike. It's still really pretty though. I like how it's kinda glowy and I love the old camera feel that the flashbacks have.

I think it might be because I'm not used to videos having so much warmth haha, usually the ones are like are shot with cooler colours, if you get me, like, not as bright, haha.

How adorable is Jana? She is just such a beautiful girl. And she has such a great voice. I love her music, and I can't wait to hear more from her. And I loved that video. She looked gorgeous, and those scenes with the guy were so cute.

It's because of her music career. All her touring and stuff didn't fit in with the schedule

If she wasn't contracted in to season 9 then there's no point in her waiting, especially when she's slowly been releasing stuff throughout season 8. A music career isn't really something that will wait, you have to go for it when it's your time. Her songs she released in S8 did really well so having a break of a year or 6 months or whatever would make no sense, people are likely to move on.

She was contracted... She signed for 6 years I think when she came in season 7. Still, she had a proper closure and that's what counts for me

I agree that when you have a chance to make a break in the music world, time doesn't wait. But two tweets from Jana earlier in the year seemed to indicate to me that she was written out of the show not by her choice. Just reading between the lines here.

I don't think she was saying they wrote her out against what she wanted, I think she was simply saying she had no choice. She had to do her radiotour, and for that reason they had to write her off the show as well...

Right, I can see that, too. She may have been saying that she just wasn't a fan of how she was written out. However it went down, I was so sorry to see Alex leave the Hill. I really liked her character! She was spunky and played a "bad" girl really well. Then she turned the corner and became very likeable, I thought.

True. I think she felt like she let the OTH fans down, and I can see that. I wish Alex would've gotten a better ending too, but at the same time art was imitating life so it was also a natural way for her to leave

I think Jana has such a strong career ahead of her as a singer, even if it is just with country fans. She has a couple of great songs on her album so I think she will just be get better and better!!
I prefer her as a singer rather than an actress too. I don't think she is a rubbish actress at all but I feel like she suits a singing career more not I've seen her doing both.
