^ I knowww! Stupid copywrite laws & having to actually PAY for someone's musical work like in the olden days.. it's such a step backwards. Totally ridiculous in my personal opinon. hehe! :laugh:

bannings differ from like 30 days 60 days and 90 days then like perm BUT differs case to case based on severity. i may be wrong but im pretty sure thats it.

that is correct Mikey.  pretty much a ban is a case-by-case issue.  also a ban can only be put on by upper management, so if you get banned, the chances of getting the punishment over turned is highly unlikely.  in other words, your ban will be set for a certain amount of time and that's the final judgment.  it won't be shortened.

I have a "warned" thing on my name on the forums... No one has sent me a PM. Can someone do so to tell me why I have been warned? As I haven't been on in a few days and when I was last on I wasn't warned, so it happened while I was off-line. Thank you..

well i think respect is important, but i gotta say, "censorship" is a dirty word in my book. if you cant deal with a WORD, how are you gonna deal w LIFE?? its just a word...some of us use em, some of us dont, but pretending they dont exist only fuels the use of them, so if you are trying to pretend they dont ignore, the best way to get them to actually not exist is to not make such a big deal of em. anyways, im sure some of my posts will be deleted because of accidental usage of such words, so ...

and before anyone replies, let me just remind you that those words have been used many a time in OTH...i guess whats acceptable for TV and those prudes at the FCC aren't acceptable here...

Actually the only words NOT allowed are ones that aren't allowed on TV. :)

There are a few things that would warrant an immediate ban.  Those are left up to the discretion of the Upper Management.
