OMG THIS IS SO EXCITING! I LOVE THIS PICTURE AND JOY! AGH I am so happy that she's doing the whole sixteen candles thing. This is epic! Totally like AU but NOT!

Finally they are showing another character's birthday! I'm glad it's Haley's.

Nathan is so not going to foget about her birthday. At the end of the episode I'm sure I'll be waiting for her with a cake and candles. This is so exiting. It has been a long time since I've been that exited about OTH...the last time was during season 3.

So let's guess...Haley is Samantha Baker in Sixteen Candles. Kylie is Lisa in Weird Science and my guess (but I could be dead wrong) is that Brooke is Andie Walsh, Julian is Duckie and Alexander is Blane Mcdonnagh...all 3 of them from the movie Pretty in Pink.

I think Brooke looks like Julia Roberts in Mystic Pizza. LOL!!! But that not really a John Hughes movie. LOL!!! Can't wait for the new episodes.

Kind of accidentally posted this in the wrong thread, oops. But those on FF are speculating that Jana/Alex is supposed to be Ferris Bueller's girlfriend. Again with the similar outfits.

I kind of wish they'd done something from The Breakfast Club, although I suppose they've done that with the title. Plus, they've done similar things in 4.13 (with the actual janitor from the movie) and 5.09.

I extraed and I overheard Austin calling her "Sloane", which is that character's name, so I believe that is who she's supposed to be.

Also, James Lafferty was at some filming later on that was supposed to take place later that night after the party, so he does show up. That's all I know.

If Nathan shows up I believe it will be at the end and the reason is Haley's birthday. Like Sixteen Candles everyone will forget about her birthday execpt Nathan who's Jake Ryan and if it's like in the movie it will end with Nathan bringing a cake for Haley and them kissing over it.

Yeah. I wasn't really counting on him picking her up, to be honest. I was hopeful, but I figured, if anything, we'd just get the scene with the cake. But I'm wicked excited now. I'll be so happy if he's standing outside the car across the street & waiting for her.

Yeah, it does look like Jana/Alex is dressed up as Ferris Bueller's girlfriend. They have the whole fringe and jeans going on. I am so excited for this episode. I can't even explain it.

oh my word this sounds like SUCH a fun episode! Definitely looking forward to the Haley sixteen candles SL the most, especially if Nathan is supposed to be Jake! Joy just looks so adorable, and the dress is exactly like Samantha's from the movie.
